Application Forms for Appointment to Advisory Committees or Boards

City Council appoints members of the public to sit on various committees and boards for a one-year term. If you have a desire to serve in a volunteer capacity on a City Advisory Committee or Advisory Board, please complete the Committee Application Form (link to City Hall / Mayor & Council / Committes & Boards / CommitteeApplication.pdf) and return it to the Clerk's Department as instructed on the form.
