What’s your favourite way to spend time in Penticton? Is it biking, paddling or lounging at the beach? Or perhaps it’s shopping, dining or sampling craft beer?
Penticton’s colourful new street banners highlight some iconic features and attractions throughout our city. The goal was to add vibrancy to the downtown core amidst the ongoing pandemic.
This new collection is currently being installed downtown, displaying six different themes. They’re expected to be installed by mid-June, with some winter-themed banners possibly added later in the year.
They were created by the City of Penticton in collaboration with the Downtown Penticton Association and Visit Penticton.
