Garbage is collected weekly throughout Penticton. Please place your garbage carts in their designated pickup location by 7 a.m. on your day of collection. Carts must be spaced a minimum of one metre apart from one another and away from obstacles such as trees and vehicles.

The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen is updating its Solid Waste Management Plan – and wants to hear from you! This is your opportunity to share feedback on how solid waste is managed in Penticton and throughout the RDOS region over the next decade.
They are seeking feedback on all landfills (including Campbell Mountain Landfill), as well as priorities including reducing and diverting waste, increasing recycling and reuse potential, developing collaboration opportunities and more.
